Information system List of buildings

Within the framework of the Information System for List of Buildings (ISZS) project, Zymestic introduced the List of Buildings application, which serves for communication between municipalities and the Land Registry and for collecting selected data on buildings. Municipalities are obliged to enter into the information system List of buildings the individual attributes required by law – data on family houses, apartment buildings and flats in apartment buildings and changes based on another approval decision – simultaneously with the issuance of an approval decision on the use of a family house or the use of a flat in an apartment building or the use of a flat in an apartment building.

Requirements

• Create a web application accessible via supported web browsers, e.g. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc., that will allow municipalities and cities to record and update data required by legislation.
• Ensure the updating of data from the cadastre, address register and the basic GIS database.
• Integrate the following entities: the National Bank of Slovakia, the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic.

Results and benefits

• Automation of data in the ISZS using the services of the Land Registry and the services of the Address Register – the ISZS contains approximately 1,237,000 buildings.
• Creation of the map and form part (editing data in the database version, checking data consistency and completeness using custom PL/SQL procedures, ST Geometry functions used).
• Publication of data and mapping services.
• Providing support for exports and reports.
• Automatic update of the statistics module in Elasticsearch.
• Created provision of extended data depending on the role (property prices).
• Creation of a separate application to manage and display news and information in the ISZS application for the system administrator.
